Dry cargo Chartering activities cover spot chartering for individual voyages (single or consecutive voyages), timecharters and contracts of affreightment for charterers, operators and owners, handling both competitive and exclusive business while covering all sizes of vessels. We provide chartering services for both short sea, sea-river and deep sea movements.

 

Dry Cargo Chartering coverage includes coal, iron ore, grains, bauxite, alumina, steel products, sugar, fertilizers, timber, project cargo, construction materials; energy equipments, general cargo and many other breakbulks. We work closely with our customers to meet their exact requirements. POST FIXTURE



 

Our services does not end at the fixture…

 

Once a fixture is concluded by our brokers, post fixture experts take over and oversee the voyage or a time charter from the beginning to the end of the contract for smooth operation.  We are the communication center between the Owners and the Charterers. We offer support to our customers at every stage of the chartering process, 24/7 365 days of the year.

Our Post Fixture Division experts take care following aspects to guarantee smooth and safe execution of the contract:

  • The Post Fixture experts and brokers review the clean fixture recap and C/P terms and prepare voyage instructions to ensure Master has all of the necessary information about intented voyage and make the vessel ready according to the contract.
  •  As per C/P, all notices pass throught the post fixing with all concerned parties including charterer, brokers, owners, agents, Pandi Cargo Surveyors, Insurance brokers, bunker supplier etc.
  • Speed and performance monitoring against C/P terms
  • Load and Discharge port appointments, negotiating agency contracts and proforma disbrustment account& rebates, nomination of Pandi Cargo Surveyors and bunker surveyors if necessary.
  • Daily updates on loading and discharging operations. 
  • Invoicing and freight payment communications are arranged via post fixing department together with laytime calculations and demurrage/despatch settlements.
  • A full claims/dispute handling and consultation service
  • On-going performance reports to ensure your vessel is operating at its most efficient.
  • Management of Bunkers, Analysis and review of worldwide bunker rates including purchasing.
  • Financial control to ensure all costs are correct and paid on time. 
  • Coordination and arrangement of on/off hire condition surveys.

TECHNICAL MANAGEMENT



 

FEYZ SHIP MANAGEMENT provides ship-owners with high quality technical management services that are cost-effective and transparent. Our in house technical team and Designated Person Ashore (DPA) monitor the vessels condition, performance, and operation in accordance with owner’s needs, in line with the ship’s design and the requirements of insurers, flag states, charterers, classification society rules, and International Safety Management Code (ISM). We carefully oversee the maintanence of the vessels,  to ensure efficient operation. Therefore, ships under our management are maintened, inspected, surveyed and audited at regular intervals by our expeineced team to follow up on all aspects of shipboard operational matters to comply with all national and international legislation. We will tailor our services to suit the particular needs of the vessel including regular condition assessment, dry docking, deck/engine maintenance, and repair planning and supervision, budget control, certification and vetting and others in order to take care of a vessel throughout her life time.  Owners are kept fully informed about ship condition and the financial position of the ships with detailed running cost reports.

PURCHASING MANAGEMENT



 

Our Purchasing team organizes the procurement of door to deck stores/spare parts for the vessels under our management. We have developed a worldwide proffesional suppliers network and we ensure that store, provision and spares are high quality, cost-effective and timely delivered to the managed vessel upon request from master. Purchasing support need to be fast and reliable to maximize safe operation of the vessel. 

 

CREW MANAGEMENT



 

The best ship management services always depend on the finest crews which is why we place great emphasis on selecting, training and retraining high-calibre seafarers. We offer a full crew sourcing and management service which includes selection, planning, advertising, applicant screening, interviewing, reference checking, placing candidates, recruitment, training, continuous development and management of seafarers. We recognize the value of deploying seafarers who are well-trained and certified in accordance with lates IMO conventions.

Our Crew Management service package includes:

  • Crew management, from single hire through full fleet crews
  • Interviewing, reference checking and placing candidates, recruitment, training, preparing contract according to the Maritime Labour Convention 2006 and procedures for joining ship and repatriating crew
  • Proper qualification and certification of crew, including Passport, Standards of Training, Certification and Watchkeeping (STCW) & Medical examinations and fitness certificates
